Privacy Statement -- The following is a restatement of the privacy clause found in Section 9 of the Bylaws.

Basic Registry information for an animal, e.g. parentage, birthdate, permanent ID, etc., will be freely available to the public via a display listing such information from the Registry. However, only a MGF member (and the MGF Office) will be allowed to print a Registration Certificate for animals owned by the MGF member. The public will not have direct access to view or print a Registration Certificate.

If a MGF member places additional information for his/her animal in the Registry, then the member will have the right to decide if such data can be seen by the general public.
